Notice is 30 days and the plan ends at the close of the billing period in which those 30 days run out. Leaving Essential or Growth early means paying the waived $499 setup fee and taking the site down, or paying the remaining months and keeping it. We charge the card only after you confirm the amount. Annual plans renew each year unless you cancel at least 30 days before. Monthly add-ons have no minimum and stop immediately when cancelled.

Do I have to get on a call?
